PUPUSAS
This is the most typical dish in El Salvador. It's corn maze stuffed with food. Can be Mixted (pork, cheese, beans and vegetables) or cheese/spinach or cheese/solo or cheese/beans or cheese/chicken or cheese/ loroco or (cheese/asparagus seasonal). Hand made and not fried.
SALVADORIAN CHOW MEIN
Chinese culture mixes in the tropics. So another variation of the chow mein is born. Chicken stir-fry with noodles and vegetables served with rice and salad.
QUESADILLAS
Know it as "pastelitos" in El Salvador. That's hands made tortillas folded in half filled with chicken or beef. This are 3 fried quesadillas but can be made in the pan.
FRIED PLANTAIN
This is the Salvadorean people breakfast. Scrambled eggs, beans, fried plantain, cream, cheese and hands made tortillas.

Four crisp golden corn tortillas filled with chicken served with lettuce, Oaxaca crean and a slice of plaitain.

Chicken or Beef Fajitas served with rice, beans and tortillas.

Pork ribs in sauce served with rice, beans and tortillas.
STREET TACOS
Three taquitos (beef, pork or chicken) served with rice, beans.
TORTA
Bread stuffed (chicken, beef or pork) with lettuce, tomatoes beans and cheese.
WRAP
Spinach flour tortilla filled with (egg or chicken) cheese, spinach, lettuce and pico de gallo.
BURRITO
Flour tortilla filled ( chicken, beef or Pork) with American cheese, lettuce and beans.
VEGGIE BURRITO
Many vegetables as squash, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, lettuce, spinach etc.
TORTA DE ESPINACAS
Mozzarella cheese mixed with eggs, flour and spinach served with rice.
SINGLE TACO
Each taquito beef, pork or chicken.
Sopes
Two sopes. This is like a little tortilla bowl (hand made) topped with beans cheese your choose of meat, lettuce, tomato slice, cream and more cheese.
